LMS not recording completion status for a module with no quiz

Hi Arleen,

do you have "hidden" information slides like contact or help which are not included in the scene but in the player? Maybe this could be a problem, because they count in this too if you didn´t adjust the slide number of slide which have to be viewed. If that´s not it you could share your file with the support team and they can take a look into it. :)

I published using 'Track using number of slides viewed (1 of 12)' and no I didn't have hidden info.

Hi Arleen,

Did you also test it at SCORM Cloud? That's an industry standard for testing it, and this article will walk you through how to get started there. If it registers the completion there after viewing one slide I'd share those results with your LMS admin. 

If you need our help testing it, or it doesn't register completion at SCORM Cloud, definitely send the file to our Support Engineers. They're happy to take a look!

Awesome Arleen - that's a step in the right direction! Let us know if you need any other help. If you get push back from your LMS team, you could look at enabling LMS debug mode too. That'll show you exactly what data we're passing back and forth.
