I am working with a learning team that has an Articulate Storyline 2 course that has 4 slides, and one slide has an embedded video that is about 15 minutes. They are using Success Factor as an LMS. After the course is taken, the report from the LMS is recording only 30 seconds instead of 15+ minutes. Does anyone know why that would be happening?
I would suggest trying your course in SCORM Cloud to narrow your issue down to a course development issue or LMS. SCORM Cloud is a defacto testing tool.
