I recently upgraded to Storyline 2. Since the upgrade, any courses I compile only allow one attempt in the LMS, even though I set it to unlimited in the LMS settings. Does anyone have any ideas? The LMS hasn't had any updates and older courses are working correctly with unlimited attempts.
It seems this is only happening when a Storyline 2 course shows as completed. Is there any reason Storyline wouldn't allow you to access a course again once it reports as completed?
Setting up the number of attempts would be a setting within the LMS, not Storyline itself. Is it possible you have the "resume" set to always resume? This would jump them to the completion slide when resuming if they have already taken the course once.
You can also test the file in the SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same behavior.
