I'm having an issue where the questions created in the module aren't displaying in our LMS system. The only title which displays is the type of question your answering.
For example, if the user answered a multiple choice question it would display this as the title, not the question title. I've attached a screenshot to give a better understanding of the problem.
Is there a way to make the real question title appear in the LMS reporting and not the type of question?
Hmm, that does complicate things! I don't know of another solution, but what LMS are you using? Hopefully others using the same one can chime in and help!
Was there any solution to this? I have a client who needs to have their question text appear in reporting from their module that runs on Tin Can. My search elsewhere here and on Google did not yield any clear answers.

Did you publish for SCORM 1.2? If so, try publishing for SCORM 2004 or Tin Can API instead. Those options will send question text to your LMS.

Unfortunately, the LMS system we use isn't compatible with Scorm 2004 or Tin Can API.

The documentation that Alyssa shared above (I'll link it here) explains that your question text will be included when publishing to Tin Can API.
