LMS recording a 0% score

Hi I posted the below question yesterday, with no success. Can anyone help me - the company aren't happy loading the course until I can work out why it is showing a 0% pass when I haven't got a quiz.

'I have 2 identical courses which track completion on number of slides (not result)

They have both been published in SCORM 2004 4th Edition. Report status to LMS as Passed/Incomplete.

They both complete fine in the LMS and show the text 'completed'

however one of the courses, shows a o% score and the other provides no score (we want no score %)

Our LMS manager says all his settings are the same when uploading the course  -  anyone else experienced this, or knows why this is happening.'
