Hi everyone, I am implementing a course that has a quiz in the end, and we have set the limit to 2 attempts in the LMS (Saba 5.5). The problem is that when learners close the training without taking the quiz, the LMS registers it as a failure and takes up 1 attempt. How do I change it so that the LMS will only register the failure if the users actually fail the test?
Have you checked with your LMS team? Storyline won't report a score or completion until they've reached what you set as the completion point (either slides viewed or results slide) but some LMSs can behave differently.
You could always look at testing it in SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves there as it's an industry standard for testing LMS content.
