LMS REPORT OUT HELP

Hello Everyone,

Hoping you can assist, going on month 2 with this....

Here is the scenario...

  1. 1.  Course with basic navigation slides
  2. 2.  Assessment imported from Quizmaker
    • Variety of question types:  Multiple Choice, True/False, Essay, Fill in the blank and Short answer
  3. Results slide is Survey type (so it won't grade)
  4. All points values on questions have been set to zero
  5. All settings have been turned off so user will no see results, or any feedback on questions, lastly the results slide is hidden in the back ground.

 

I am STILL getting a grade in my LMS system, and I have NO idea what it is even comparing answers to on some questions to grade.

 

I have attempted changing between passed/failed and passed/incomplete report out options as well to see if that would do it.

 

I am exporting in AICC format.

 

I don't want a grade, we are pulling the data on the backend and grading the exams manually.  The grade will either be passed or failed.  Once the exam is graded we will go into the LMS system and update the grade to show for the learner. 

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Leslie,

We are going through upgrades with our LMS system because it currently does best with ACII, we are being told it's capable of handling this.  I think I have figured it out, by processes of elimination.  It's a collection of a variety of classes and courses rolled up to programs, so I went in and documented changes and made them to a variety of courses.  The next day I ran the data and compared them.  I finished formatting yesterday and will reload today, in hopes everything is perfect when I return on Monday.  I will let you know if I need additional assistance.   Thanks so much for replying back.

Hi Leslie,

Okay I am at a loss here really.  I have ALL course loaded EXACTLY the same, ALL setting mirror each other, I am 100% - checked over by two people at least 20 times over the past 3 weeks sure :).

I have out of 18 course/class combos, ALL are working and reporting out properly except for 4.

I have a total of 4 out of 10 with issues, I am pretty sure I have identified there are misses on 3 of them, so those are easy fixes. However, as far as the remaining one goes, I am at a loss.

I have updated a version of the storyline file with dummy data and attached it.

Any support you can provide would be great!  My LMS team is at a loss, so at this point I have decided to just trouble shoot on my own through process of elimination.
