There isn't a page that describes the differences, as it's generally a language difference and each LMS may have different requirements/needs. The one element to be aware of, is that many LMSs track both a completion status and a success status. To report both statuses, choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed when publishing Storyline content. Completed/Incomplete and Completed/Failed report only the completion status. Ultimately you'll want to connect with your LMS team to determine which one to use.
