LMS Reporting Settings

Dear Community, 

we are currently undergoing a project to harmonize the LMS Reporting settings for more than 200 courses by setting all courses with a quiz to Passed/Incomplete. Unfortunately, we only have .story files for about have of our courses. The other half is older legacy content that was developed by a wide variety of 3rd party vendors. I was wondering if I can change the reporting settings directly in the SCORM zip file, i.e. by manipulating the imsmanifest file. Does anybody have any experience with this?
