In a couple of my courses, the start and stop times are the same but the duration is reported correctly. In all of my other courses, the start and stop times are reported correctly. What Storyline setting could be different that would affect this? The only thing I could think of was Flash Cookies but all of the courses have "Ignore Flash Cookies" selected so that can't be it. Thanks in advance.
Those times are recorded and generated by the LMS based on when the user accessed or launched the course, so I don't believe a Storyline setting would play into this. You could look at the Resume setting as you mentioned to see if that changes how it's recorded, but I'd suggest reaching out to your LMS team to see if they can spot anything specific in your LMS records.
