Our company created an e-learning module for a client and they are experiencing issues with it on their LMS. When I test it in SCORM Cloud everything works fine. How can I help our client solve this problem? Any ideas would be welcome. For the record, the module was published in SCORM 2004.
This is the message they receive when trying to complete an activity:
I appreciate it! We've successfully deployed numerous e-learning modules on our own and other clients' LMS's, and this problem is a brand new one. The problem isn't with the way we're publishing it, and reading the links you provided confirmed that.
We'll be working together on the problem today and the debug logs will hopefully help us sort this out asap. Will report back when we find the problem
It was a combination of their IT guys updating their browser (without informing them - so we're still not sure that was the reason for things to work at first and then stop working) and the client informing me that they use Scorm 2004. I republished in Scorm 1.2 and everything worked perfectly.
Thanks so much for your help, I've learned a lot from all the links you sent through.

Hi Karen,
For most any LMS-related issue, this blog post is the place to begin. You also want to be certain that you are packaging your published content properly for your LMS. Also, be certain that you have contacted the Support Team for your LMS, since they are best-equipped to tell you what your specific error message means.
Since you cannot reproduce the problem in SCORM Cloud, this is likely an LMS-specific issue, and you will want to generate debug logs and supply them to your LMS Provider for additional troubleshooting.
Let us know how it goes!
Best,
Christine
