I am having an issue with a Storyline 360 course that is not completing in our LMS, SumTotal, and I am being told there is a setting in Articulate that needs to be updated related to course timeout when the module sits idle. Does anyone have any knowledge of this setting? I have been unsuccessful in finding it.
Cassandra, Came across your question. We are having a lot of issues related to course completion as well. But we did get a solution from SumTotal related to your questions.
Application Settings > Security > Hard Life Time and Idle Life Time.
They mentioned that although the course interaction screen may not time out, the base screen may time out.

I'd recommend testing your course in another LMS environment (like SCORM Cloud) to rule out whether this issue is related to Storyline or to SumTotal.
You could also reach out to the folks subscribed in this discussion to see if they have had a similar experience with SumTotal.
