When setting the course to "track using number of slides viewed" can someone define "viewed?" Does this mean that the learner accessed the slide? Is the learner required to let the timeline of each slide reach it's end? Do layers count?
In my understanding in "track using number of slides viewed", is that the LMS will trigger the completion of the number of slides are met. If you have 20 slides, and you only need a Minimum of 15 number of slides viewed to complete, then your LMS set the completion as "Complete" even if you have 20 slides and viewed only 15.
That doesn't exactly answer what they mean by the words "viewed" or "completed." I know how the setting works. I don't know what Articulate defines as "viewed" or "completed." (See the questions above)
"viewed" is simply visiting the slide without finishing to the end of the timeline is considered viewed. this setting is usually used if there are no results slide to track. try do a testing in scorm cloud and you will find your answer.

Viewed means that the learner has visited/opened that particular slide - it does not take into account slide layers, timelines, etc.
The slide will be viewed once that slide's timeline starts.
