Hi Jean-Luc, I'm not sure how possible it would be to include a loading animation of each slide. I think the bigger question for you right now is why is the audio taking so long to load? What bit rate are you using for the audio?
One thing you might want to try is to change the quality settings for the audio before you publish your course.
The settings are located on the Publish screen under Properties. Just click the link "Custom Optimization" and then reduce the bit rate for the audio.
