I noticed over the last two days or so that any file I open in Storyline 360 is having audio issues - I see "Loading Audio" in the Timeline but the audio never loads. Every slide is affected, not just a few. I opened a Storyline 2 file in Storyline 2 and didn't have this issue. When I opened that same file in Storyline 360, I do have the issue. I waited about 5 minutes to see if it just needed time but no luck. I downloaded 360 a month or so ago.
Thanks for trying out the uninstall first - that's always a good first step. Has this been happening since you started with Storyline 360, or have you noticed it recently? I assume this is happening on files you've upgraded - what about a brand new file that you've added audio too?
Lastly, can you check that your .story files and any other files connected to your project are saved locally? Working off a network or shared drive is one of the known causes of corruption and odd behavior in Storyline.
I am currently having that issue in Storyline 360. It was working fine this morning and now the audio only shows as loading. I have another file which is similar to this one that is working correctly. I have tried deleting the audio and then inserting again without success. Any suggestions?

I uninstalled and re-installed Articulate 360 but that didn't resolve the issue.

Hi, no, it hasn't happened since I started with 360. Just noticed it recently. All files are saved locally.
I am not sure what changed, but after I uninstalled and re-installed 360, the issue finally disappeared. It didn't at first but eventually did.

Glad to hear it's back to normal Michele, and it could have been an issue with the installation, so the uninstall steps typically resolve that.

Sorry to hear that you've run into a similar issue, but I'd be happy to help you out.
Sounds like it's just one file, so be sure that you are saving to your local C: drive. I would then advise that you import the slides into a new Storyline file.
