Hello... I have a project I am trying to open and I keep getting the attached error. Even when I restart my computer, I still get it. We only have one license and I hold it. I have been working on this for weeks and it due very soon. Please help.
Also, when you're opening the file was it saved on your local drive, vs a network/shared drive?
I may also suggest trying to import it into a new file, and looking to see if you can find a copy in the temp files that you can revert back too.
Here's how to check:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.

Hi Terry,
Are you using the latest update of Storyline 360?

4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
This helps... thamk you
