Hi, I was wondering if Storyline has this feature, where you first load up the first screen, or interval between slides, could I put up a quote or a picture while it is loading instead of the boring loading screen it has preinstalled. for instance like many apps in idevices are doing now.
Assets are loaded for the first slide (or the current slide when resuming) to allow the course to begin playing right away.
Assets are then loaded for the next three slides to prevent playback delays.
Assets are then loaded for the remainder of the course.
This is done to make playback as smooth as possible. You're always welcome to submit feature requests for things you'd like to see in future updates though.

Is there an option to get full screen during the course? i find it not convenient as you create an course on a full screen and the text size / pictures seems comfortable but it is then reduce to smaller ones at previews and actual course.
I would love to submit the feature request, but I am still in a trial version, currently comparing among the software.

Storyline does not have that feature, as here is how we handle loading:
This is done to make playback as smooth as possible. You're always welcome to submit feature requests for things you'd like to see in future updates though.

There is not a button that you can press to make the screen be viewable in full screen mode, but there are some community generated methods such as the one here.
The only built in options within Storyline to make it full screen are included within the Player properties:
