Loading spinner issue: I have the loading spinner in 2 sizes (HTML5 export).. when my first page starts loading, I get a bigger one, then it switches to a smaller one that moves along with my mouse! (for no obvious reason). is it a bug?
I don't want that smaller one and I don't want to move spinner with my mouse?
Smart move to also open a support case with our Support Engineers. They're ready to dig into your .story file to take a closer look at the behavior. Please use this unique upload link from your case to send it privately.
Our team is standing by, and I'll follow along in your case!
I see the same spinning wheel when testing your output, and sorry to hear these spinners are plaguing every Storyline file. Yikes! Our team is having a close look at the source file and will be in touch with their findings soon.
In the meantime, can I confirm that you're working on a local hard drive (typically a C: drive)? Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause such behavior, so I like to rule that out as the culprit.
We're not going to give up until we figure this spinning wheel mystery out. I see you're knee-deep in troubleshooting with Lea, one of our Support Engineer wizards. You're in excellent hands, and I'll follow along!

Hi Katie,
Thanks for chiming in. I'll upload a sample story. but actually, for every story, it'll happen.
And here is the hosted course of that story I've uploaded, to show you the big and small moving spinners.
If you use a slow internet connection you'll see the spinners better! ( Click No to begin the course)
