My team built many modules for this company using Storyline default menu (we need to use the same template - I can't customize menu). However, one of the modules I am building has 2 paths. Operator can't see the technician content. Some slides are the same and a few of them I added triggers to go to that specific slide if they pick technician (I added a button at the beginning - operator or technician).
Would it be possible to lock the default menu for the operator not be able to see the technician content? How?

I don't believe it's possible to hide slides in the menu for one path but not another.
My suggestion would be to hide most or all of the role-specific slides, using these steps - https://community.articulate.com/series/74/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-customize-the-menu#delete
