Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I am new to articulate and I am attempting to create an e-learning package. So far everything seems to have been ok but I am stuck when it comes to ensuring that the learner cannot progress by clicking the next button until they have completed the slide.
IS this something where I need to create another layer for each slide or am I overlooking something simple.
You can use a trigger to change the state of the Next button to "Hidden" when the timeline starts. You can then use another trigger to change the state back to "Normal" when the user completes their tasks or when the timeline ends.
Storyline 2, 3 and 360 would allow you to use the restricted navigation and then the user won't be able to advance using the next button until the timeline ends.

Hi Kim,
What version of Storyline are you using?
