Logging into App Issue

Hi everyone! I signed up for the free trial using my personal work email address which expired yesterday (of which the app said it would expire 5/15). My company then signed up for Teams using a shared email address yesterday afternoon. I need access to Storyline but can't seem to log into the app with either email address, the error says I need to subscribe - of which we have already done. Can you guys help me diagnose the issue or help me with a workaround? I have a project due tomorrow and need access ASAP to be able to meet that deadline.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing.
It looks like you are an admin for your account, but you will need to be a seat holder in order to use the software:
Admins Must Be Assigned to User Seats to Use the Articulate 360 Apps
