Login Error

Fellow Campers,

Been running 360 for the past 2 years here with no issues. A few weeks ago, I started getting this roughly a minute after login. When you click Sign In, the main articulate window flashes as if to say "Dope, you're already signed on!"  Logged off and back on again, tried coming in through the 360 dashboard. Had the IT team re-install 360 twice. No go... All other 360 apps are fine. Others in my group are fine.

Hi Jeff,

That's definitely odd - can you check what update of Storyline you're on? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". The latest update would be Storyline 360, build 3.29.19305.0

It's also worth checking that you're logged in with the correct Articulate ID. We've had a few folks who had two (one with a personal email and one with a business email) and one had expired prompting them to be logged out. You'll want to make sure you're logged in with the valid subscription Articulate ID. 

Finally, it's always a good idea to look at enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here. Ask your IT Team for help on that one!
