This thread is a bit older, but we still say ror the best results, use an image that has a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 220 pixels. If your image doesn't fit within these dimensions, Storyline will scale it to fit and therefore may account for the blurriness.
As David said, we need to have the entire screen resolution set to 96 DPI as described here, and if it's not set as such that could account for some of the blurriness.
One of the things that also helped was making sure that the logo graphic was 220x200 and 72dpi. I was exporting at a higher dpi, and that was causing reduction fuzziness. Hope that helped!

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Alison!
Is the entire course blurry, or just the logo? Also, what format is the image file you want to use?
Can you share the image here, or your .STORY file so I can take a look? You're also welcome to send it to us privately.
I'm having the same problem - I have a rectangular logo so changing it to 200 x 220 pixels just won't work. Any ideas (I'm using Storyline 2)?

Ashley, this just helped me resolve this same issue, thanks!
Aw, happy to hear that David - and exactly the reason we keep these forum discussions around!
I'm also having this issue. Tried keeping the image within 200x220 and locked to optimal size but the logo is still blurry.
What is your image resolution? I used 96dpi.
