When I insert a logo into my Storyline player, I can't publish the file successfully.
Storyline goes through the publishing process, generating all the slides, but instead of finishing and giving me the "Successful!" window, it goes back to the Publish dialog box.
Anyone have any ideas why the logo would be affecting the publishing?
Thanks for the suggestions. The logo is just a PNG file, 224k, and I'm just working off my local drive.
The same thing happens when I try it with other .story files as well. I have tried a couple different images just to check, and they are all consistently preventing publish when inserted into the player. As soon as I take them out, no problems.

do you have any odd characters in the logo? Is the filepath long or on a shared drive/usb drive.

what is the filename, I had some oddness with a strange filename with special characters
it may be the pathlength of the logo image
The filename is learnmore_lg.png.
