I made a course in Storyline and posted it on our LMS. Someone using a Safari browser on their Mac noticed that the logo image doesn't show (see attachment). It doesn't seem to be a problem with other browsers. Has anyone else had this issue?
I haven't seen this as a specific problem to Safari, but it's worth checking if there may be a problem with the image file for the logo in your Articulate Storyline project if the logo is missing when you preview or publish.
First, try deleting the logo and adding it back. If the logo is still missing, there may be a problem with the image file or format. In some cases, you may be able to convert the image to another file format (PNG, JPG, etc.), then insert it back into your project. If it still won't display in your course, let us know. We'll be glad to review your image file.

Hi Linda,

Also, you may want to check that the user is accessing the course through a supported browser and with an updated Flash player mentioned in the viewing requirements.
Hi Ashley,
The logo is a PNG, it's visible in other browsers, but for some reason not in Safari.
I've uploaded the files to support.
Thanks,
Linda
Thanks Linda - I see your case (# 00386513 for my reference) and that you're working with Regil. I'll follow along in your case as well.
