I have a requirement to build our LMS
content using HTML 5, so I'm using Storyline. Upon uploading my published
content, the logo doesn't display when I use the
".../story_html5.html" URL (it shows a broken link image), but it
displays when I use ".../story.html". Any suggestions on
getting the logo to appear with the html5 link would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using the latest version of the software and placing the logo as a png-8. It will display correctly after building in HTML5 for LMS, and then on a subsequent build, it shows as a broken link again.
It may be a problem with the logo file itself, and what you'll want to do is first, try deleting the logo and adding it back. If the logo is still missing, there may be a problem with the image file or format. In some cases, you may be able to convert the image to another file format (PNG, JPG, etc.), then insert it back into your project. If it still won't display in your course, let us know. We'll be glad to review your image file.
