We are trying to repurpose the glossary feature of Storyline 2 into a FAQ. The challenge is that the entries are limited to fewer characters than many of our questions. Is there any way to increase the number of characters that appear as "glossary entries."
Thanks for reaching out! We don't currently offer this feature, but I could see a lot of value in that! We welcome your ideas, and you can always submit your feature requests to our developers here.

Have you thought about building your FAQ's on a slide and have it open in a lightbox when a user clicks on a custom player tab? That way, the learner can access the FAQ's at any time, and since it's on a lightbox slide, the learner won't lose their place in the course.
