Looking for a Articulate Storyline 2 Module Developer

Apologies if this is a misplaced thread.
My company needs to find someone proficient in Storyline 2 that is capable of creating professional multimedia modules.
I've been tasked with finding an independent contractor for this remote position. If this isn't the right place to ask, please kindly direct me to the right place. We're going to be building a whole series of modules because we need to train our outsourced call center staff to be passably knowledgeable of our Answering Service Clients. Any suggestions for where to hunt for a freelancer or find someone talented to help us create modules? It's a remote position so location doesn't matter as long as they can speak English and are great at Articulate.
