Lose Tracking of some content when closing window in LMS, Resume brings back to a different point

Are there any settings, triggers, viariants that would cause tracking issues in LMS?

I have a course that is imported to Saba using SCORM1.2 with 2 topics/scenes that do not track once the course is closed.  When opened and click the option to resume where left off, the course opens further back in the content, consistantly to the same page, end of a different scene.

Has anyone seen this issue and if so, what was the fix?
