We have users on our LMS who have bad internet connection who's courses are not resuming after they lose internet connection. When they lose internet connection, the course freezes up, then when the internet returns, they are kicked out of the course. They then go to resume the course and it does not give them the prompt to resume from where they left off. It instead starts the course over. These courses are exported using the most recent version of Storyline in Tin Can API format. Any ideas how we can resolve this issue?
