Lost characters By Cheryl Kent Hello, I've done a recent storyline 3 update and have now lost all the characters I had available from my previous storyline 2 purchase. Can someone send me instructions to get my characters back please.

Think it must have related to re-installs that were done before xmas rather than the recent update - can't believe it took me so long to notice! Everything looking OK now. Thanks for your help.
