I completed a final draft of a project and published it to 360 Review yesterday. Sadly this morning, I had a major ‘incident’ with my laptop and the source file was corrupted.
Is there any way that we can convert the published project back to an editable Articulate format (like opening a PowerPoint Show as an editable PowerPoint Presentation)?
I did see some discussions about this in the help forum from around 5 to 6 years ago, but nothing recent. Hoping that it is possible to do now?
Nothing a user can do. I'd recommend sending the corrupted .story file to support@articulate.com, they were able to resurrect a broken file of mine last year.
Thanks Jerry. I ended up rebuilding the project by following the published version. But that email address is great to know in case this happens again.
I'm really pleased they were able to save your project last year too.
