Love to get some feedback

I'm getting back into building after a hiatus during which I wrote 3 books. Now I'm jumping back into instructional design. 

I've posted my approach to evaluation 

and another story file that looks at setting and achieving goals. I'd love to get feedback - particularly on the actual build.
