Low Memory issue

Hi Hassy,

It is never fun losing progress on your projects and I can only imagine the inconvenience. I would like to start helping you by checking the disk space on your laptop/desktop. Open a windows explorer>click on Computer/This PC>on the right hand window it will show you drives, check the space of your C: drive, if you are almost out of space you might want to delete some files that is not important to you. If this is not the case please try this:

- Click on Start button

- Click on run (if it is not visible for you, go to search and type run)

- On the box, type %temp%

- it will open a new window, press Ctrl + A to select all then press delete

- try the application again

If this did not help you fix the issue you can try the next step:

- click the start button

- click run (if it is not visible for you, go to search and type run)

- on the box type in %appdata%

- on the new window, double click on Articulate folder, then double click on Storyline folder

- delete all the files in the folder, that should free up some space.

Thank you for the reply Hans. I just checked and found innumerable files in the temp folder. I hope this has solved the issue.
