Low memory issue has reared its head again

As it went for previous Storyline iterations, we here are again. I have a very new laptop: all the top specs (i7/16GB DDR4 RAM, etc.), and quite often I get "please close, memory is low...other info". 

My system resources show all is fine; plenty of free memory. The frustrations of Storyline persist, and whether it's the unreliable CC editor and its instability, or just having the program crash from inserting select photos from 360 Content Library, it's just getting out of hand. 

There's nothing really to submit here for your review. I just want better. The price of the suite demands it.
