Please advise if anyone has ideas or experience for this situation:
When leaving one of the layers, the main slide shows hover state for a button that is only present on main slide, even though button is not being hovered over.
Going through the steps that initiate this event, brought me to get closer
to what is must be related to.
It occurs when I first hover on the boxes user is not supposed to start
with, which triggers a layer that points to the start here point.
Then, when I click the start here point and advance through the 3
methodology layers and X out, the main slide resumes to show button 4 or 5
already in hover state.
This now makes sense why it is happening, but how can I stop it?
I mean, I only want buttons to show hover when when in that moment being
hovered over.
If the start here layer allows for clicking on the base layer, that might allow the box to read that the mouse has left it and reset. If not, upload what you can, and somebody here will probably find an answer.

Hi Angi!
Do you have a .story file we can take a look at?
Absolutely, thank you!!
It is for a client so I will share privately, by chance will you provide an email address where I can share file via dropbox?
If not, I will try to remove all specifics and company details and upload a bare bones file.
Many Thanks,
Angi

Thanks for sharing your file Angi (00691018). I just responded to your support case. Unfortunately I am 0/10 on making that issue happen...
Shucks, thank you so much for your time!!

Yikes

Dang! I still can't get it to happen following your updated directions? Conspiracy!
