well I was hoping to open the original entry in an editable window, so if they wanted they could just add or change a word or two without having to enter most of it again manually...
Hmmm...that's a great idea. I'm not sure if it would be possible with some javascripting or not, but there's not a stock means to do what you're asking. It seems like it would be a cool feature request! I'd suggest submitting it.

Are you looking for something like the attached file?
If so, you add another text entry box (thereby creating a new text entry variable) and then add a trigger to set the first variable to = the second.

Check that....it does populate the variable field with the prior content, but the content still isn't editable without starting from scratch.
We'll keep on searching!
