Make an arabic keyboard & quiz

Hi all, 

I wonder if it is possible to do something like this with the quiz inside storyline :

The idea would be to ask the students to pick letters on the screen, so that they can write a word in arabic. (that would be a question of the quiz)

.. i hope i'm clear enough / and i don't have a clue on how to do that - I presume it is possible
