Make icon clickable after audio plays, and also return to base layer after user clicks on icons.

Hello. I'm submitting a file for you all. I just sent in a request for assistance but decided asking the community could be faster. I would like to be able to do a few things with this slide:
1. Do not allow the icons on HepB, Hep C, and HIV slide layers to be clickable until the audio instructions complete. I have tried doing this with the first icon 'character' in Hep B, however, it will still change the state to visited when you click on it during the audio recording.

2. After user and explored all 4 icons on each Slide (HepB, HepC, and HIV) I want to be able to return to the base menu so they can choose a different disease.

3. I would like to be able to preview layers without having the run through the whole slide to see what I need to see.
