I'm not sure what to be looking at with that link? But if you could provide a bit more information about what you're looking to do, we may be able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks Jose for the updated link! Cool looking product. I don't know how it would be used to make notes on a Storyline presentation as a viewer - but it looks like you can draw elements on the board that would then appear on your desktop/laptop screen - those elements could be recorded using Storyline's screen recording capabilities.
There may be someone else in the community who has used a similar tool and could offer more guidance here.
