If you check the attached picture you will see a picture of a screen where I would like to make an interactive menu where I would like to add some effect to the text below the picture when the mouse if moved over the respective picture.
I am trying the hide/show layer effects without success

Hello Alejandro,
Select the text and add a Custom state to it. For that Custom state you can add the style you want the text to be in when hovering over the picture.
Once the Custom state has been completed, create a trigger: change state of [text name] to Hover when the user hovers the mouse over [picture name].
