I have created graded questions but as they are Knowledge Checks, I want them to be ungraded. I've read that you can change them by clicking on Score: where you will have 3 options; By Question, By Choice, or None. I do not have the None option. Can you assist me on how to do this? TIA
With Freeform questions, you can adjust the scoring setting to None. It sounds like you may be using a form-based graded question, which only has 2 scoring settings: By Choice and By Question.
Learners actually won't know that they are being scored on your knowledge check questions if you don't include a result slide in your course. Were you planning to include a result slide?
Thank you for your reply, much appreciated. Yes I did used the form-base graded question. I have added a Results slide but it does not contain any scoring, Just closing text for the quiz and to enable the user to continue with the course.

Hi Desiree,
That sounds like a good setup! In that case, learners won't know that they are being scored.
Let me know if you have any more questions about that!
