I have a series of text boxes lined up vertically. As the audio portion addresses each text box I want it to glow. I don't want to make it swoop in and swoop out I just want it to highlight for the student that it is the text in that box about which we are speaking.
To each textbox add a state called GLOWING which is a duplicate of the Normal state. Now edit the GLOWING state and add brighter thicker border to the textbox, then also apply an effect of "glowing edges".
Now, set triggers on your timeline to change the state of the first textbox to "Glowing" when the timeline reaches a specific cue point or seconds.
At the next key point, add two triggers, one to set the first textbox back to Normal, the second to set the next textbox to "Glowing".
