Is there any way you could draw something on the scrolling panel and make it stay where it was drawn? I drew lines and hotspots on the panel but as I scroll up and down the page they move. Thanks for your help!
If the object is within the scrolling panel, it will scroll with the window. Just curious; if you're not wanting the object to move at all, why are you placing it in a scrolling panel? Are you wanting other elements to scroll, but not the object? How about putting it on a layer, maybe? Then it would be displayed over the panel and not within it. Then, the content you have in the panel could still scroll while the object can maintain its position.
