It is not possible in storyline but it is possible in javascript to save the started time to a variable and then increment a numerical variable. You would of course have to build in some time logic (as storyline variables do not understand time).
There is not an option to include the slide timing automatically in the menu., but you could edit the slide titles and include that information manually.

If the timing can't be seen on the seek bar can the timing be automatically included beside each slide label in the menu?
