I have used a pre-built marker in a Lesson in Storyline 2 and it doesn't work on the ipad. The marker shows up and pulses, but nothing appears (no pop-up) when it is touched. Any ideas why this is happening?
I was able to reproduce this issue, and this has already been sent to our QA team for review. Since the marker is only using a Title, it shouid appear on hovering. This is unfortunately not working on the iPads.
For a workaround, you can add something in the Description field in the marker (even just a few spaces). This will make the marker select-able, and should work on the iPad.
Articulate Storyline 2 Update 5 is now available for download. It includes WCAG 2.0 support, several new accessibility features, better HTML5 performance, and bug fixes. Click here for details:

Hello Lisa!
I ran a quick test with a few markers, and they did work as expected on an iPad mini using Html5 and the Mobile App.
Do you have a .story file you could share here with us?
Hi Emily,
Sorry, I should have mentioned that we are veiwing it in the browser, not the mobile app.
Hello Lisa,
The browser with HTML5 did work as expected from my end. You may want to look at the information here regarding Mobile Safari.
Do you have a file you could share for us to take a look?
We have the latest ios running (8.1.2) Here's the page I am working on.
