Can anyone tell me why, when you put a picture into a pop up on a Marker in Storyline it shows up until you are previewing??? VERY frustrated. The image below is the published, attached is unpublished
Where are you testing the published output? Typically if elements aren't working in your published output, you'll want to confirm that you're testing within the intended environment instead of locally, which could cause elements of your content to fail or behave erratically. There are a few free web servers in that linked article you could use to test your course at, and if you're publishing for LMS you could also test at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
If you're still having difficulty when testing within the intended publish environment, can we take a look at your .story file (even just this one slide)?
If after you've check into those, you're still having difficulty you can upload the file here using the paperclip icon, or send it to me directly with the directions I'll send you.

They look just fine when you put them in there, then in preview orpublish they appear only partially there or not at all.
This is an inconsistency because others, same size, etc. look fine. Where do I send the file to?
