Why are my markers showing a blue background in the title line of the marker label? I have set the marker formatting to a white background and white border. Each time Storyline insists on putting a blue background behind the title field of the label. I tried creating a marker in the template, but it continues to give me this blasted blue background. Help me before I lose it.

hard to say without seeing your file setup.
Can you share your file by uploading using the 'add attachment' button at the bottom of the post - even just the slide would help people help you.
