Markers - click function not working

Hi all
I've used markers throughout a series of courses that have been deployed via our LMS. I have had feedback from some staff using the eLearning that they are unable to get the click function to work on the markers. That is, when the mouse is hovered over the marker, the title of the marker appears, however when the marker is clicked on with the left mouse button, the caption text does not appear and the marker does not change colour (as designed using the 'visited' state).
I have tested this from my PC and others and it works but it seems this does not work on some PCs and I was wondering if anyone had encountered this and found a resolution? Other buttons and interactive items work correctly for these same staff, so the problem seems to be limited to markers.

There was a known issue about markers not being clickable, but it likely would have occurred for all your users. In any event, you'll want to download update 4 of Storyline to confirm. Have you been able to identify what is different about these users PC set up than the ones where it does work? You'll want to confirm that they're up to date according to the system requirements identified here. Additionally, if the click is not working, you may want to look at enabling the markers to "Show all on hover" which would allow the user to see the title and caption when they hover over the particular marker. If you're able to identify a particular browser or set up that is causing the issue with the markers, we're happy to do some additional testing. I have the same issue as well on a windows 10 machine.

This discussion is quite a bit older, and on a much earlier version of Storyline.
