Markers - Hover on return to a screen

Hi all,

I'm working with a file that has a marker that is initially in a hidden state and appears (i.e. state of normal) when a number of icons on the screen have a state of visited (showing the learner where to click to continue) with a text box when hovered upon. It works really well until I return back to the screen after the initial visit. The marker appears but the text box does not appear when hovered. I'm curious if anyone can guide me as to what may be causing this. Many thanks in advance!.....Paul
